Pursuant to Colorado Senate Bill 100/89, the following Responsible Governance Policies have been adopted by the Board of Directors: Adoption and amendment procedures, collection policies, conduct of meetings policy, conflict of interest policy, rules enforcement policy, investment of reserves policy and records inspection policy. To request Association records or the Membership list, contact the property manager, in writing, and request the appropriate form.
